新赛制给江苏女排带来的训练学思考──观’98全国女排锦标赛有感

通过对江苏女排’９８全国锦标赛技战术的全面分析，认为江苏女排在实行新赛制进攻技术及防守保护战术更趋成熟，以老队员为核心的攻防体系在比赛中发挥了决定性的作用，心理品质更趋稳定;;同时也暴露出栏网技术差，发球攻击性不强，主、副攻实力不均，打法过子单一等一系列问题。认为，要实现丸运会目标，必须扬长避短，使全队水平在现有的基础上更进一步。

After analyzing the skills and tactics used in national volleyball league 1998, the author thinksthere are many characteristics after the new leagure system being puted into practice: skills forattacking and tactics for defend and safeguard become more proficiency, so does the players psychologycharacterthe attacking and defend tactic made by some old players play an important' role in the leagueperiod. At same time, there are some problem: our skill of booking is poor, so is serving, capabilitygap between primary player and second player is quite big, and tactic is too simple.
