摘要
高温液压脉冲试验时,试验段油液粘度变化使得波形振荡次数显著增加,影响试验结果。笔者针对液压脉冲台压力瞬态过程进行了仿真与试验,结果表明采用变阻尼控制可以在保证波形峰值、斜率和稳态压力的情况下主动控制脉冲波形。
Water hammer device is used to test the performance of pipeline or attachment to resist pressure impact. The waveform and parameters of water hammer are related closely to the test result, so producing standard waveform is very important. When test specimen is in the environment of high temperature, the oil viscosity of test section decreases and makes waveform change obviously. It will affect test result and the waveform must be controlled to keep consistent. In this paper, the principle of device is introduced and the mathematical models of pressure transient of pipelines and attachments are established. The simulation and test results show that variable damping technology can control pressure waveform effectively under guaranteeing the condition of waveform peak value, slope and steady pressure.
