摘要
索赔是合同当事人正当的权利,承包商为了在索赔中维护自己的正当权益,需要做大量细致的工作。着重对索赔报告的编写,索赔的谈判及其他有关事项进行了探讨,为承包商更好地处理索赔提供了参考。
Claim is the legal right for the involved persons in a contract. In this process, contractors must do a lot of careful work. In this paper, we mainly study the compilation of the report, the negotiation in claim and other relative matters. It can provides references for contractors to claim better.
