随着市场经济体制的逐步建立和不断完善,高等教育改革也已全面展开,在这种情况下,如何进一步加强作为高校三大支柱之一的师资队伍建设就显得尤为重要。本文就上述问题进行了阐述。

The reforms of higher education have carried out with the market economy system being set up progressively and its continuous perfect. Under this situation, the improvement of teachers' qualifica-tions is quite important which is one of the three pillars in the higher institutions. This paper relates the above problems.
