摘要
本文介绍了考核定额的四种确定办法:经验估工法、统计分析法(内含简单平均法、加权平均法、百分数法、平均先进法)、类推比较法、技术定额法,并通过对比分析,着重介绍了推荐的统计分析的百分数法和平均先进法。
In the article, the author has introduced four definitive methods:experienced evaluate, seatistical analyse (containing simpl average weighted average percentage advanced average). analogical comparison, eech-nological quota. Adopting conerastin analyse, he introduced the percentage and advanced average (above - men-tioned) emphatically.
