摘要
本文分析了办公室工作的性质、特点和覆盖面;论述了办公室工作应用管理工效学的必要性、可能性和预期效益;提出了试用管理工效学的七种对象,即人—机系统和人—人系统的优化组合,管理基础工作的完善和强化,时间的合理安排和利用,物力与资金的有效利用,作业的改善和创新,环境的美化和净化,以及杜绝或减少失误和事故等,建议根据本单位的实际情况和条件,有计划有步骤地逐项推开。
This article analyses the nature, features and coverage of office job, discusses the necessity, feasi-bility and expected results of applying management ergonomics in office job, and proposes seven objectives for such application: optimizing the Man - Machine System and the Man - Man System, intensifying the fundamen-tal management, allocating and utilizing time rationally, developing material resources and reducing their waste, improving and recreating operations continuously, beautifying and purifying environment as well as climinating or reducing faults and accidents. This article finally suggests the extension of such application which should be planned step by step in accordance with the real situation and conditions of each unit.
