摘要
传统工效学研究的重点是以提高人机结合效率为核心的体力潜能开发,这是不够的,必须以系统分析为基础,将工效学的研究范围拓展为广义的“人类工效学”领域。技术和知识是资本的表现形式,是最重要的企业资源。人力资源开发(HRD)的对象是人的智力、体力、知识和技能。应该将HRD工效的研究,作为一切上效学研究最重要的领域。本文从五个方面,探讨提高HRD工效的途径,即:组织设计是HRD的切入点、人力资本产权是激励员工的有效措施、“借力”是HRD的捷径、建立优秀组织文化是提高HRD工效最重要的手段,并且提出提高员工素质的一套有效方法。
A core of traditional ergonomics research is in developing technique for work efficiency between human with machines, which is not enough. It must he expanded to human engineering with system theory. Technology and knowledge are forms of capital reflecting and are most important resource of enterprise. The ob-jects of human resource development(HRD) are intelligence, physical, knowledge and technique of human. We must regard work efficiency of HRD as a most important domain. In this paper, five ways arc advanced for in-creasing work efficiency in HRD from human engineering angles. The five ways arc that: organization design based on system analysis is entrance of HRD; human capital ownership is an important encourage measure; 'bor-rowed force' is a shortcut; founding an excellent organizational culture will be a most efficiency way for tapping the latent potentialities of an enterprise and creating a scries of methods for enhancing quality of employces.
