摘要
本文针对绩效定量管理的特点、要求,提出了考核指标的数学模型建立的几种常见形式:按实际与计划之比设立的计算公式,一因素可变计算公式,双因素指标计算公式,直接指标计算公式,并对直线型和曲线型进行了简单的分析、比较。
To counter the characteristic and demand of the quantitative evaluation of the performance, the author has put forward four common models to set up the mathematic model on evaluation indicator and has made simple analysis and comparison between straight and cure model.
