In this paper, the Humom - factor's effect in the course of the progress and implementation of the advanced production paradigm CIMS, optimization design and the integrated design of personnel, technology and organization are discussed. It is pointed out that optimization of human - machine System is the key to achieve actual effect in the implementation of CIMS.
