影响赛场“综合疲劳”因素的研究

Research of Factors Affecting Synthetical Fatigue of Recreational Area

基于工效学的原理,对赛场综合疲劳因素进行分析,透视赛程中色彩、声音、气候等环境因素给与参赛者的影响,提出赛场设计及运动员训练中应注意的问题,这是体育比赛中教练员、赛场管理人员首先应当重视的问题。

Based on the ergonomics, this paper analyses the factors affecting synthetical fatigue of recre-ational area and points out the environmental effects of colours, sounds and climates on competitors in the process of matches. It also points out some questions for attention in the design of recreational area and the train of ath-letes, which is the question the couches and the managers should first pay attention to in physical competition.
