邓小平理论“三进”工作向小学拓展、延伸,是一个全新的课题。必须以全新的思维、全新的办法、改革的思想来探索、来实践、来解决实际问题。作者结合振兴区的实际在调查研究、综合分析的基础上,通过对小学开展“三进”工作前后学生思想状况变化规律的调查与思考,提出了在小学开展“未来工程”建设的有效形式和方法。为在全市开展邓小平理论“三进”工作,提供理论和实践思考。

Abstract It is a new task to carry out the '3 steps' for Deng Xiaoping s Theory in primary schools. The actual problems should be solved by new ways out of new thinking. Proceeding from the actual conditions of Zhenxing District and after having surveyed the change in the pupils' minds brought by the '3 steps' , the author puts forward some effective ways for developing the 'Future Projects' for reference.
