Abstract On the arguments of carrying out the essence of the 15th National Congress of the CPC, for the purposes to ensure the Party' basic line without any change for a hundred years, to carry out the Party' s educational policy and to realize the ideal of making China into a Chinese style socialist country, this paper politically discusses the importance of the 'Future Projects' concerned with pupils, and puts forward how to implement Deng Xiaoping's Theory by the '3 steps' .
