摘要
综述了国内外柴油机燃油电控喷射技术的发展概况,提出了16V240ZB型机车柴油机实现燃油喷射电子化的改进方案;阐述了多极电磁铁实现快速动作的机理,对快速电磁阀动态特性进行了计算机仿真,根据仿真结果对弹簧预载荷及线圈能量输入方式进行了优选。建立了16V240ZB型柴油机燃油电控喷射系统的三边界条件数学模型,应用IBM-PC机对喷油过程进行了数字仿真,根据程序运行结果对电子喷射系统中的结构参数进行了优选。
Summarises the developments of the diesel electronically-controlled fuel injection technique at home abroad. Gives an electronic fuel injection system for improving the performances of 16V240ZB diesel engine. Introduces the mechanism of a fast response multipole solenoid valve. Performs the computerized simulation of dynamic behavior of the solenoid, according to the result, suggests an improved schedule of energy input to the solenoid coil Simulates the mathematical model of the EFI system in 16V240ZB diesel engine on the computer, and gives the optimized parameters of the system in 16V240ZB diesel engine according to the simulation results.
