本文通过对今昔英语测试、电子计算机在英语教学中的应用等分析研究后，指出：不可一切迎合电脑之需而置素质教育于不顾。

ln this paper we have an analysis of English test of the present and the past times as well as the use of computer in English teaching,therefore we think its no good to ignorant the quality education in order to meet the uses of computer in every fields.
