摘要
文章报道了木薯淀粉酶法制取异麦芽低聚糖的生产工艺及其开发应用。试制的产品中异麦芽低聚糖含量在 59%以上 ,其中异麦芽糖、潘糖和异麦芽三糖之和高于 40 %。
