摘要
本文论述了绿色建筑立法的必要性和重要性。梳理了我国现行法律中与绿色建筑有关的法律规定,分析了我国有关绿色建筑立法的不足,提出了绿色建筑立法的设想和建议。
The paper argues that it is vital to lay down the legal regulations over green architecture. Based on the present legal norms and regulations about green architecture of China, shortcoming in the legislation of green architecture has been analyzed, and proposals have been put forward.
