摘要
“股份制中性论”是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,探讨这一论断具有重要的理论意义。本文探讨了股份制演化的历史、股份制的发展规律及其原因,从多视角研究了股份制的“中性”问题。
It is one of the most critical ingredients of Deng Xiaoping's theory to keep neutral the stock system in China,which is of great significance to go into theoretically. The paper studies the history,the pattern and the causes of stock system. The issue of the neutralism of stock system has been carefully and perceptively considered in the paper,too.
