军事人才概念辨析

Thought on the Definition of Military Talented Persons

“军事人才”是军事人才学的基本概念。目前，学术界几种流行的军事人才定义，其区别不是在概念的内涵上，而是在外延上，分歧的焦点是：军事人才是否都应有“军人”身份。从军事活动实践看，军事人才应是那些热爱军事，有较强的爱国心、正义感和责任感，掌握了较多的军事知识，具有较高的军事才能，并以自己创造性的劳动，为进步的军事活动作出较大贡献的人。可见，军事人才≠军队中的人才，军事人才≠军队干部。

The author analysed the six definitions of military talented persons made by several experts, pointed out the differences and their focus, and offered his own definition, i.e.the military talented persons are those who ardently love the military, possess high senses of patriotism, justice and responsibility, master more military knowledge and high tech military techniques, as well as make greater contributions to military activities with their creative work. From the definition, two inequalities are deduced, i.e. Military talented persons≠Talented persons in military, Military talented persons≠Military cadres.
