The Post war Evolution of American Military Strategy

二战结束到１９９７年，美国军事战略经历了由全球遏制、威慑向全球进攻的演变；美国现行军事战略的目标是确保美国军事力量在２１世纪的绝对优势，以建立美国领导下的“世界新秩序”；北约东扩是其夺取欧亚大陆地缘战略的需要和称霸世界的必然产物；２１世纪美国称霸世界的野心将越加强烈，并以中国为其新的全球性对手，对我国实施多方向、多方面的总体遏制和打压战略；我们应时刻保持清醒的认识和高度的警惕。

From the end of the World War Ⅱ to 1997, American military strategy underwent the evolution from global containment and deterrence to global attack. The aim of present American strategy is to guarantee its absolute supremacy of American military force in the 21st centary, so as to build “the New World Order” with America as its leader. The eastward expansion of NATO is the outcome of hegemonism and it is also the necessity for America to carry out its geo strategy. In the 21st century, the hegemonism of America will become fiercer and fiercer, and America will look on China as its new global opponent. Toward China, it will carry out multi direction and many sided containment strategy. So we should keep a cool head and maintain absolute vigilance, and earnestly implement the military strategy of the Central Military Commission.
