摘要
本文简要介绍了国发(1996)第36号文“关于进一步开展资源综合利用意见的通知”的主要内容和广义节能的基本原理,说明有色金属工业共生金属开发,废渣、余热利用方面大有可为,具有重大的广义节能意义,并针对现存问题,提出若干改进建议。
This paper introduces briefly 'Guofa (1996) 36th wen' main contents and basic principles of broad sense energy saving about further developing comprehensive utilization of resources. This paper explains developing coexist non - ferrous metals, residue and waste heat recovery that there is plenty of room to display our' s talents and have considerable meaning on broad sense energy saving. Directed against existing problems, some valuable suggestions have been put forward.
