摘要
金属橡胶因此类金属构件具有类似橡胶的弹性而得名。本文从金属橡胶的成型工艺特点出发,以弹簧理论为基础,通过建立金属橡胶材料的力学模型,对材料的刚度特性进行理论分析,给出了金属橡胶材料的本构关系,为开发金属橡胶材料的产品设计与应用提供理论依据。
Metal rubber (MR) is a metal material, and its elasticity is similar to that of rubber. Based on MR traits of forming technics and spring theory, the mechanical model of MR was established and the rigidity characteristics was studied theoretically. The constitutive relation of MR was presented, which is significant for the MR product design and applications.
