目的：论心理因素可导致青霉素皮试假阳性。方法：直接询问法、间接询问法和对照法。结果：同等人数用直接询问法阳性率占35％，用间接询问法阳性率占15％，且女性多于男性。结论：从观察结果发现，青霉素皮试假阳性不仅与局部刺激、全身症状而且和心理因素有关。

Digest Objective : Entering into of mental factor can lead bogus masculine of penicillin skin test.Way: direct inquire after, indirect inquire after and collated measure . Result: at the condition of equalhuman being, masculine rate is thirty five percent with direct inquire after, masculine rate is fifteenpercent with indirect inquire after, even mankind less than female. Conclusion: from the observational result, bogus mascline of pencillin skin test is not only relativity with local activate, at every poresymptom but also mental factor.
