摘要
目的:探讨食管癌的发生发展与机体氧化/抗氧化状态的关系。方法:对122例食管癌及食管癌前各期人群用硫代巴比妥酸荧光法测定了血清中的过氧化脂质(Lipoperoxide,Lpo),用Qyanagui的亚硝酸盐形成法测定了血清中的超氧化物歧化酶活力,并作了Lpo/SOD比值分析。结果:随食管上皮细胞病变的进展,机体Lpo水平明显升高,总SOD活力至下降趋势,Lpo/SOD比值明显升高,表现为机体氧化应激损伤的亢奋状态和抗氧化能力的减弱,结论:食管癌的发生发展与机体氧化/抗氧化状态的失衡有密切联系。
Objective To study the relationship between the occurrence and development of esoph ageal cancer and the state of oxidation and antioxidation. Methods Lipoperoxide(Lpo) in blood serum was determined with thiobarbituris acid fluorescrence and the vitality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) with oyanayni's nitrite formation in 122 cases of esophageal cancer and precancerous people. The Lpo/ SOD ratio was analysed. Results The level of Lpo was increased obviously, total vitality of SOD showed descending tendency and the ratio of Lpo/SOD was increased clearly with the development of canceration of esophageal epithelial cell. It was demonstrated by the stimulated oxidation of stress inju ry and the reduced antioxidation. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the formation and development of esophageal cancer and the unbalance state between oxidation and antioxidation.
