尼群地平治疗老年高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nitrendipine in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的：本文探讨尼群地平和卡托普利治疗老年原发性高血压病疗效对比。方法：选择96例老年高血压的住院病人随机分为尼群地平组和卡托普利组，疗程4周。治疗前后观察血压变化，每周进行评定。结果：尽管两种药物都有不同程度的降低血压的作用，但根据①显效，②有效，③无效的三种结果比较，有显著的差异（P＜0.01）。结论：尼群地平对于老年原发性高血压病有较好疗效，并且副作用小。

To compare the efficacy between Nitrendipine and Captopril in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods Ninty - six elderly hypertensive patients were divided intotwo groups, group A with Nitrendipine, group B with Captopril. The treatment peried was fourweeks. We observed the vary of blood pressure before treatment and after treatment, evaluated everyweek. Results Although both of the drugs can decrease blood pressure with different extent, in base ofnotable effective, effective, and nonefficient results, there is very different (P< 0.01 ). ConclusionNiturendipine has better therapy effect and less side effect than Captopril in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
