乳腺癌术后皮瓣下积液的预防措施

Some Preventive Measures Against Fluid Accumulatoin Under the Skinflap after Breat Cancer Operation

目的：探讨乳腺癌术后皮瓣下积液的预防措施。方法：对1996．1～1998．5间收治的42例乳腺癌手术（其中经典根治术28例，改良根治术14例），术中、术后采取相应措施进行总结分析。结果：全组病例术后发生皮瓣下积液2例，发生率为4．7％，对积液者采取相应措施后积液很快消失。结论：对乳腺癌手术术中、术后采取有效措施，可明显降低皮瓣下积液的发生率。

To explore the effect of some preventive measures against fluid accumulationunder skinflap after Tadical mastectomy. Measures From Jan 1996 to May 1998, 42 cases with breastcancer underwent radical mastectomy (28 classic radical, 14 medified) both in the operation and afteroperation relevant preventive measures were taken for analysis. Results Fluid accumulation was foundonly in 2 cases in our series incident rate 4. 7%. Through expedient effective managenment this condition was cured. Conclusion Upon,analysis of dinical data it is shown that taking some effective measures in the operation peried for breast cancer may lower considerably the incidence of fluid accumulation under skinflap.
