胃溃疡模型大鼠颌下腺的5-HT及其受体与胃溃疡自愈的关系

摘要 为观察胃溃疡模型大鼠颌下腺5-HT及其受体相对含量的变化,探讨二者与胃溃疡自愈的关系。采用免疫组织化学ABC法和原位定量测定法。结果显示:胃溃疡模型大鼠颌下腺5-HT相对含量于手术后10天已有升高,20天达到高峰,30天已显示出下降,分别与盐水对照组的同一时间点的相比较,均有显著性差异(P值分别小于0.01)。5-HTR的相对含量也呈现出类似的变化。推测颌下腺的5-HT可能参与了胃溃疡的愈合过程,其受体在颌下腺的含量的增多,提示前者可能对后者的合成与释放起着重要的作用。 By using immunohistochemical ABC method and in situ sem quantitative measure method, the relative content changes of 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) and its receptor in submaxillary gland of experimental gastric ulcer model rats were observed. The results showed that the relative contents of 5 HT and its receptor in submaxillary glands of experimental gastric ulcer groups and physiological saline control groups changed at the same time phases, these substances began to increase at 10th day after operation, and rose to peak value at 20th day after operation and fell down at 30th day after operation. But during the three time phases, the contents of 5 HT and 5 HTR in experimental gastric ulcer groups were signifficantly higher than those in physiological saline control group 5 HT In submaxillary glands may involve the regulation of gastric ulcer autohealing.
