随着我国全民建身计划的实施,我国的群众体育活动进入了一个新的发展时期。新时期我国群众体育发展的主要特征是:以健身性为其目的特征;全民性为其主体特征;终身性为其行为特征;娱乐性为其过程特征;全面性为其内容特征。

With the enforcement of the plans to the whole people's health, the developing of the mass sports activities has come into a new developing period, which takes keeping healthy as the feature; the whole people are the subject feature; the lifelong is the behavioral feature; the amusemert is the process feature; the all-round is the content feature. For the above -mentioned problems, the author approached them preliminarily.
