线粒体基因突变与糖尿病
摘要
自五十年代发明胰岛素以后,糖尿病的死亡率下降,但此后近半个世纪的时间,防治工作没有大的进展,原因是对其发病的确切病因没有一个透彻的了解。近十年随着分子生物学技术的发展,糖尿病的病因学研究有了很大进展,线粒体基因突变糖尿病即是其中热点之一。本文就该病的病因、机理、临床特点、检测手段做综述。
