高速牵引齿轮齿根过渡曲线形状优化设计的GBSA系统

摘要 从连续体形状优化设计的角度,提出了基于主-从映射关系的网格刷新技术,从而消除了形状优化设计中可能产生的单元形状畸变。开发的齿根弯曲应力分析系统——GBSA,由自然设计变量控制待设计区域的网格,为形状优化设计提供了良好的接口,对高速机车牵引齿轮的优化设计表明,该系统可靠实用。 From the point of view of the constinum structural optimization, presents a new technology for renewing the FEM mesh in this study based on the master-slave mappings relationship, which can eliminate the distortion of some elements in iterations. Supplies a new interface to the shape optimization by GBSA system with controlling the designed mesh by the natural design variables. The optimum application demonstrates that this system is very effective and practical in designing the high-speed traction gear.
