摘要
“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”是我国教育事业发展的战略方针,也是科教兴国的组成部分。教育要实现三个面向,关键在于自身现代化,而教育技术又是教育现代化的重要手段.通过对教育技术与三个面向关系的分析,论述了教育技术的重要性和必要性.
Education should be geared to three requirements of the modernization,the world and the future. It is the guiding principle of our economic construction as well as that of our education cause.The primary requirement is to realize the education modernization,and the primary factor for the education modernization is to apply the educational technology. Analysis is made on the significance and necessity of the educational technology.
