企业家是经济发展中一种特殊的人力资源，是企业最重要的资产。我国高新技术企业家的基本素质和特质。培养和造就中国高新技术企业家的三点建议。
Enterprisers are a kind of special human resources during economic development and they are also the most important property of enterprisers.We would like to discuss something about the fundamental quality and special features of our country's high-tech enterprisers and three pieces of advice on fostering China's high-tech enterprisers.
