关于“氨基酸的分离鉴定──纸层析法”的实验方法改进研究

THE PROVEMENT RESEARCH OF THE LABORATORY METHOD ABOUT "THE SEPARATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE AMINO ACID──FILTER-PAPER CHROMATOGRAPHY

通过对17种氨基酸Rf值的测定，从中选择三组，每组五种氨基酸：1．赖氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸；2．赖氨酸、苏氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸；3．赖氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、亮氨酸。结果表明，所选择三组氨基酸分高效果明显好于实验教材中所选择的五种氨基酸的分离效果。

?By measuring the Rf Value of the 17 kinds amino acid,choosing three growps from them,each contains five kinds of them. First group: Lys 、 Ser、 Pro、 Val、Leu; Second group: Lys、 Thr 、 Pro、Val、 Leu；Third group: Lys、 Pro、 Tyr、 Phe、 Leu. The result shows that the separation effect of the choosing amino acids is beffer than that of the laboratory text-book.
