摘要
研究了10个体系约100种不同条件下茜素紫的极谱行为,在不同体系、不同条件下,茜素紫表现出来的极谱峰数目不同。在较高酸度下,一般表现为一个一阶导数波,峰电位较正;在较低酸度下,一般表现为多个一阶导数波,峰电位较负。极谱峰是茜素紫在汞电极上吸附还原产生的,而且峰电流与茜素紫的浓度在一定范围内成线性关系。
Alizarin violet polarographic behaviors at about 100 conditions of 10buffer systems were studied. Alizarin violet has distinct numbers of polarographic peak at distinct conditions. At higher acidity condition it has a differentialpeak with lhe peak potential was positive;at lower acidity condition it has muIti differential peaks with the peak po tentlal were negative. Its adsorption and reduction on mercury electrode produce the polarographic peaks of alizarin vi- oIet. And peak current with concentration of alizarin violet has linearity at a certainty concentration range.
