摘要
首次以TiSiW12O40/TiO2为催化剂合成了对羟基本甲酸乙酯。结果表明:TiSiW12O40/TiO2具有良好的催化活性,醇酸摩尔比为4:1,催化剂的用量为反应液总量的2.0%,酯化反应时间为2.0h,反应温度为84~86℃,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的产率可达87.5%。
The catalylic esterification for preparing ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate with TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was described. Thf' syntliesis of p -hydroxybenzoic acid and ethly alcohol,and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed. It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the ethyl p-hydroxybenzoato could reach over 87. 5 % under ratio of ethyl alcohol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid 4: 1, the reac tion temperature of 84~86C,reaction time of 2. 0 hour and amount of TiSiW12O40/TiO2 acid superacid catalyst of 2. 0% ,which passed over catalyst Ferric chloride,sulfuric acid and phosphotungstic acid
