摘要
首次报道■草的核形态。其中期染色体数目为2n=18，核型公式为2n=12m＋4sm＋2sm。根据上述结果并结合有关资料，讨论■草属、大麻属和桑科其它属的关系，指出了■草属和大麻属关系较近，而它们与桑科其它属的关系较远。
This is an unprecedented report of karyomorphology of H. scandens Lour. The hemetaphase chromo slJnlds were counted to be 2n = 18. and the karyotype was formulated as 2n = 12m + 4sm+ 2st. Based on the results and Jiher data,and the systematic relation between genuses Humulus and Cannales,and between Humulus and Cannales alid other Genuses of Moraceae was discussed, Humulus mightbe closely related to Cannabis,but only distantly related to other Genuses of Moraceae.
