摘要
本文利用压电石英晶体谐振器进行加速度计的研究,采用石英晶体谐振器作为测量惯性力的敏感元件,利用石英晶体谐振器的压电效应,通过敏感惯性力进而实现对线加速度的测量。结果表明该加速度计具有良好的线性和稳定性,测量范围±40g,线性度优于10-4,灵敏度大于400Hz/g。
Quartz crystal resonators are utilized for studying accelerometer. The quartz crystal resonators are used as sensitive element to measure the inertial force. The linear acceleration is measured according to the piezoelectric effect of the quartz crystal resonators and the inertial force measured. The experimental results show that the accelerometer has good linearity and stability. Its measurement range is ±40 g. Its nonlinearity is better than 10 -4 and the sensitivity is more than 400 Hz/g.
