摘要
本文详细分析了三轴精密角振动台控制精度的影响因素,然后基于整周期谐波分析法提出了补偿这些干扰的自学习控制方案。仿真结果表明,该控制系统能显著提高系统振动精度,满足设计要求。
In this paper,the factors influencing the vibration control accuracy of the 3-axis precision angle-vibration tables are analysed in detail,and then the learning control systems are designed to compensate these disturbances on basis of the harmonic-analysis method.The simulation result shows that the learning control system can improve greatly the vibration accuracy and satisfy the system specifications.
