Abstract This parper gives a survey of its features of the imitation of the rental opera-tion by dividing the property in the intrvion of the enterprise as well as its main implicatiens.the effect of Carrying it out in the factory Then, it points out that this model of the enten-prise reform is an effective way to invigorate the state-owned enteprises in both small andmiddle sizes.
