微孔钛酸铅的合成及机理研究

摘要 本实验以钛酸四丁酯、硝酸铅、四乙基氢氧化铵(20%)、水为原料,在水热晶化条件下合成微孔钛酸铅晶体JPT-1,研究了合成条件即物料组分、PH值、晶化温度等对合成微孔钛酸铅晶体JPT-1的影响.结果表明:以钛酸四丁酯、硝酸铅、四乙基氢氧化铵(20%)、水为基本原料时.在175℃左右,PH值为3.5-5.0范围内所合成的JPT-1晶体最为理想.讨论了晶体骨架结构特征. In this experiment ,microhole Lead Titanate crystal JPT-1 was synthesized by Tetrabutyl Titanate, Pb (N03)2, TEAOH ( 20%) and water under hydro thermal crvtall ization conditions. Synthesis conditions such as material components , PH values , crystallization temperature was temparature were studied. The results Showed that the crystal JPT-1 was the best when the about 175℃ and PH values was 3. 5 -5. 0.Furthermore, the crystal skeleton constructure characteristics were discussed
