制备甲基异丙苯中催化剂的开发研究

摘要 甲苯/丙烯烷基化反应制备甲基异丙苯,为克服以往固体磷酸催化剂污染环境腐蚀设备的缺点,使用Y型沸石分子筛作催化剂.首先考察了预处理条件及反应温度对催化活性的影响,同时用硅酯对催化剂进行了改性.通过50小时的小试实验,结果表明:用6%硅酯改性、交换度为87.8%的Y型分子筛催化活性稳定,新制备及再生后的TH6催化剂用于烷基化反应.结果达到m/P=2.1,0-%<3.3%. Toluene/propylene alkylation reaction produces cymene . In order to provid phosphorus acid catalyst from polluting environment and eroding equipments , Y zeolite molecolar sleve was used as the catalyst. At first, pretreatment conditions and reaction temperatures affected catalytic activity are investigated. In addition the catalyst modified by Si (OC2H5) has reacted for 50 hours, results show that the activity of Y zeolite molecolar sieve modified by 6% si (OC2H5) and exchanged by 87. 8% H' was stable .By using the new TH6 or reapearanced TH6 as catalyst, the result of alkylation reaction is m/p=2. 1 0-%<3.3%.
