双向可旋转胸骨、肋骨、肩胛骨牵开器的研制及其临床应用

Clinical Application and Research of Double-Way Rotatable Retractor for Sternum, Rib and Shoulder-Blade

我院采用钛材研制的双向可旋转胸骨、肋骨、肩胛骨牵开器由齿条板、活动臂2个、拨轮2个、摇柄把2个、挡板2套8个组成.1997年2月至1998年5月在60家大、中型医院的胸心外科手术中广泛地应用.结果:牵开器设计为双向牵引和四点牵开病人胸骨、肋骨部分,分散了对牵开胸、肋骨所承受压力,避免了四十年来用单向牵引、两点牵开胸骨、肋骨造成的胸骨和肋骨裂开、折断,损伤臂丛干神经、肋间神经等并发症.双向牵引,病人左右侧牵引均可应用,优于单向牵引,临床应用获满意效果.

The double-way rotatable retractor for sternum, rib and shoulder-blade was made and studied, It was composed of gear plate, active arm, hand wheel, handle and shield. From Feb 1997 to May 1998, it was applied in thoracocardiac operation in about 60 hospitals. The retractor was rotatable in double-way and got in touch with sternum or rib in four points to avoid the injury of brachia plexus and intercostal nerve. The benefit of clinical application is superior than that the retractor in single-way.
