摘要
为了解决各种呼吸状态下肺动脉高压(PH)患者吸入一氧化氮(NO)问题,研制了脉冲式吸入一氧化氮诊疗仪.该仪器主要由鼻导管、压力-电传感器、放大整理电路、微型计算机、电磁阀、NO气瓶等构成.其原理是基于压力信号-电信号的传感,利用呼吸改变压力,产生有效电信号,经微型计算机处理,控制患者NO气体吸入量,达到治疗PH的目的.主要应用于临床的PH患者,特别是清醒状态、不需要呼吸支持病人的治疗及心脏外科术前诊断性筛选.该仪器适应症广,与其它类型相比具有体积小、可控性强、易操作、性能价格比高的优点.
In order to solve the problem of inhaling nitric oxide in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH), the pulse inhaling nitric oxide diagnostic and treatment equipment was developed.The principle of designing was based on that while respiratory pressure changed in nasal cannula, an effective electric signal was produced and then managed by microcomputer, and resulted in a certain quantity of NO gas was delivered into lung and achieving the treatment of PH. This system was used mainly in the patients with PH, especially for the awaken, ambulatory cases and one who need testing the sensibility of pulmonary vascular system before cardiovascular surgery. The charateristics of this system are reliable to delivery, safety, minimal size, easy for operation, and superior in function/price ratio.
