摘要
近年来,植物抗虫基因工程研究及应用进展喜人.本文综述了利用Bt杀虫蛋白基因、豇豆蛋白酶抑制素基因、昆虫特异性神经毒素基因以及外源凝集素基因等抗虫基因开展植物抗虫基因工程研究的概况,并探讨了植物抗虫基因工程中存在的主要问题及解决的途径.
Transgenic plants were generated exhibiting insect resistance due to the introduction of following genes, such as Bt cry gene and CpTI gene, etc. They have been successfully used to protect from insect attack in recent years. In this paper, advances on the engineered plants were reviewed. The problems on how to increase the level of expression and to limit the development of insect resistance were also discussed.
