Another Proof on the Convergence and Divergence Characteristic of the Binomial Series at the Place of ±1

本文借用拉阿伯判别法、莱布尼兹判别法、柯西收敛准则以及一个特殊权限，给出了二项式级数在±1处敛散性的证明，该方法思路清晰，简单易懂，有别于其它证明方法。

The proof on the convergence and divergence characteristic of the binomial series at the place ±1 is presented by using J. L. Raabe distinguish method, Leibniz distinguish method, Cauchy convergence principle and a special limit. It is different from other way in its clear train of thought and its easy understanding.
