摘要
该文针对大型复杂可修复机械系统的寿命数据时间序列的特征,研究了坦克装甲车辆可修复机械系统故障数据随机点过程模型的建立和系统可靠性评估方法,提出了一个相继工作寿命时间为三参我非齐次泊松过程(NHPP)的随机点过程模型,建立了相应参我的极大似然估计,并推导了其相应超越方程组的迭代求解公式。该随机点过程模型应用于车辆试验中某分系统故障数据统计,结果符合实际。
Based on the characteristics of life data time series of large complex mechanical repairable systems, the establishment of stochastic point process model and the system reliability estimation method are studied for those of tanks and armored vehicles. A three--parameter non--homogeneous Poisson process model is presented. Its maximum likelihood estimators are given,and an iterating solution formula is suggested for the corresponding coupled equations. The results of statistic analysis is conformed to practical cases for failure data of a subsystem in the vehicle test.
