摘要
该文使用简便的新方法,推导出高压往塞泵滑动摩擦副总功率损失的函数关系式,并考虑到往塞在缸体孔中往复直线运动速度及接触长度的变化,给山了滑动摩擦副在总功牢损失最小时的最佳配合间隙范围。为高压柱塞泵滑动摩擦副配合间隙的设计与选择提供了理论依据。
This paper gives the function of the gross power loss of the high pressure piston Pump's Sliding friction pair,which is conducted by a siple method. Considering the Changing of piston's speed and the contact length while it is moving in the cylinder,the paper gives the optimum clearance range for the lowest power loss for the friction pair,which can provides theory basis for the design of the sliding friction pair of the high pressure piston pump.
