摘要 运用常现振动设计理论和可靠性相干理论相结合的方法,建立新的抗振和共振可靠性设计理论并用数值计算和图表分析法来描述抗共振可靠度Rn在不同频率变异系数Vwc、Vw下频率比的变化规律·提出了抗共振可靠度、抗振可靠度、刚度可靠度、共振可靠度等新概念,建立了新理论和数学模型,用其例给出了使用方法,并验证了理论的正确性。抗振概率设计,对于一般机械而言应满足抗共振可靠性设计;对于精密机械,同时存在抗共振和刚度两种要求;对于共振机械,工程上λ取值0.95~1.O5是合理的. New anti-vibration and resonance vibration reliability design theory areestablished on conventional vibration design theory and reliability coherent designtheory. Numerical calculation and chart analysis are made to describe the law that an-ti-resonance vibration reliabi1ity Rn. varies with frequency ratio on different coeffi-cients of frequency Vwc, Vw. The new concepts of anti-resonance vibration reliability,anti-vibration reliability, stiffness reliability, resonance vibration reliability have pre-sented. New theories and mathematical models of them have established. An engi-neering example has made to proof the theory and its application. Anti-resonance vi-bration reliability is required in general mechanical design. Both anti-resonance Vi-bration reliability and stiffness reliability are required in fine mechanical design, 0. 95≤λ≤1. 05 in resonance mechanical design is rational。
