Contact-free and Non-destructive Examination of Welded Laminates in the Manufacturing Process

层压制品的熔融缝合一直是整个制造过程中的薄弱环节(例如载重运输工具的篷盖、帐篷、用即弃场所所用衬料)。迄今为止,一直没有能够在不造成任何损伤的情况下,于恰当的时候对两个缝合对象间的内在连接程度进行记录。下面介绍一种直接在加工过程中测量熔融缝合质量的方法。

Welded seams of laminates are always the weak point in the entire manufacture (e.g. hoods for heavy-goods vehicles, tents, disposal site linings). Up to now it had not been possible to record the degree of internal connection between the two seam partners at the correct time and without damage. A process is described in the following, by which the quality of the welding seam can be determined directly during the manufacturing process.
