4 整理 Lyocell纤维主要用于高品级制品。因此,消费者当然期待其昂贵的服装有持久的好质量。对纺织品整理者来说这意味着一种特殊的挑战,因为Lyocell纤维独特的性能也会影响纺织品的服用性能,并使之更难满足质量要求。表3、表4为Lyocell产品的质量要求和质量风险。

The characteristic properties of the lyocell fibre, particularly its fibrillation tendency during finishing, require the adaptation of machine park, processing operations and formulation to the special features of the fiber. The most comprehensive picture possible of the fiber characteristics is presented for the textile finisher in a three-part series of articles. The first part presents a new fibrillation model, which makes for a better, finishing-related understanding of the fibre. Building on that, the second part puts the durable wear properties of the textile in the foreground. In the third article, the emphasis lies on the various finishing stages, the control of fibrillation and wear properties plus the possibilities for process optimisation and fault elimination.
