感音性耳聋的脑干听觉诱发电位研究

STUDY OF BRAINSTEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIAL IN PATIENTS WITH SENSORY DEAFNESS

对86例感音性耳聋患者及30例健康对照组行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAFP)检测,结果发现周围性耳聋的BAEP异常表现为Ⅰ波潜伏期延迟或Ⅰ波消失,重者Ⅰ～Ⅴ波消失。中枢性耳聋因病变性质、部位、大小的不同,使BAEP异常表现形式多样化。BAEP对听觉传导路病变的定位和预后的估价有重要价值,但不能对病变定性。

This paper analysed brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) of 86 patients with sensory deafness and 30 health controls.The abnormal appearances of peripheral deafness were that absolute latency of I wave dclaied or I wave disappeared.I ~V wave disappeared in the severe patients.However,according to nature,location and abnormal volume of pathologic change,appearances of central deafness were varied.HAEP was of important value to estimate location and prognosis of lesion,but not estimates quality of disease.
